[ARCHIVED] Can Florida Tech Online students use the Canvas app?

I have a login to use for Canvas on computer, but it won't work for the app?

Yes, you should be able to use the same login for Canvas on the computer for the Canvas Student App. Are you sure that you selected the correct school when you were setting up the app? I'm not sure what type of phone you have, but here is the link to both guides (Android and iOS) - Mobile Guides - Canvas Student. I recommend checking them out for the stey-by-step directions on how to set the app up. If this still doesn't work, then contact Canvas Support at your school to see if they can assist.

Use of the mobile app for Canvas cannot be limited by a school's account. So if you have an account in Canvas, you should be able to log into the app.

Have you checked this guide https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10567-4212717947 

If you are doing everything correctly according to that guide, then I would suggest submitting a Canvas Support Ticket.
