I'm importing a course and the calendar entries are getting copied along with everything else. I don't want this to happen because the class dates and times on the new course are going to be different. Is there a way to copy a course without copying the calendar?

Hi @ElmTrees
Yes! Instead of choosing to import "All content", chose "Select specific content", then in the dialog box that pops up, select everything except "Calendar entries". Another option would be to go through the original course first, and remove all due dates - this can now be done on one page - then perform the course copy. Those calendar entries are driven by assignment due dates.
Bottom line, it hardly matters in the long run, because those dates will be be past-dates your students will never see, and as soon as you do update the dates for your graded content, it will also update the calendar!
Good luck,
Kelley
