[ARCHIVED] Can I rename or remove a Master course?

I would like to add the word Master to the name of a master course I just created so that I do not confuse it with the actual course.  Can I do that and if so, how?

It's usually possible for course teachers to change the name of a course by going into the course settings, as described on this page: How do I change a course name and course code?‌

However, some institutions prevent teachers from doing this by locking the option at system level. If you go into the course settings and it won't let you change the name, your local Canvas administrator has locked the option so you will need to contact the administrator and ask them to rename the course for you.
