[ARCHIVED] Can a teacher upload a PowerPoint presentation in Canvas Conferences? Will students be able to scroll through it?

I have a teacher who wants to share her PowerPoint presentation in a Canvas Conference.  She wants her students to access it and scroll it while she teaches.  Can this be done?

If the instructor is sharing the presentation then only the instructor will be able to advance the slides as they move through.  If the instructor wants the students to open the slides on their own screen and follow along it may be best for the instructor to share them in advance?  They could do this by placing them in a module, making them available in the files tab, or messaging them out ahead of time.
