Is there a setting feature in Google Chrome that is preventing me (a teacher) from viewing student assignments in the viewer window? (I can download them to my computer but when I go to the viewer the window is on a never-ending processing loop.) I am wondering if there is something in my Chrome settings that requires tweaking. Has anyone else experienced this problem. (PS-It opens without a hitch in Opera's browser and on my other computer.)

Thanks for your tip Kelley. I have the most updated version of Chrome 83... series, so that wasn't the issue. However, I discovered where the problem resided through a bit of trial and error. I reset Chrome and turned off the hardware acceleration, which was recommended by one of those guru sites to improve Google Chrome performance. Turning off the hardware acceleration is what did the trick. After I closed all Windows and reopened Chrome, the files appeared instantaneously in the Canvas viewer window.
Hi @mark-f Welcome to the Canvas Community!
My first thought is that the version of Chrome you are using is now unsupported by Canvas. Check out Supported Web Browsers.
