[ARCHIVED] Canvas Catalog API: Completed Certificates

I am attempting to leverage the Canvas Catalog API to pull a list of all completed certificates for a particular Program. However, the only information I can find in the documentation here seems to indicate that the completed certificates endpoint can only be leveraged if it is used with a specific user id. Is there any way around this? Could I possibly be missing something or am I understanding this correctly?

did you ever work this out? Having the API call per-entity is not uncommon.

Was it a case of getting a list of course enrolments from the program and "For Each (user)", looping over them to get each certificate information?

You can generate 

Click on your name and the above drop-down menu appears. Select the Completed tab. You'll see a list of all your completed courses. You can View or Download your certificates here.
