[ARCHIVED] User Defined Fields Data

Where can I see the data from the user-defined fields?  I saw in one post that it may be available via the API.  As a sub-catalog admin, I don't think I have access to the API though.  Is there any way to see the user-defined field data for my subaccount?

If you go to analytics, then select user registrations you should see the information there.

Is there a way yo view/export the user registrations for a particular listing? When I select a list the user registration goes away and all you can see is enrollment and revenue. Then when you you export the user defined fields don't show up. Trying for see the user defined fields for each listing/course.

If I have no data on my Analytics tab, but I do have registrations that I can see on the Reports tab, does that mean I have to enable that data somewhere?

You can select the report per subcatalog and see the enrollments. Otherwise, they should be under user registrations.

We no longer use the out of the box method with user defined fields so unfortunately, I cant help. Maybe make a new post for this or ask support?

Do you mind sharing what you are using if it isn't the out of the box registration? I would love to do something different and wasn't aware there might be other options. Thanks!
