[ARCHIVED] Canvas Help????

Last week all but 2 students accessd their assignment on Canvas using the studio.  Today, I have heard from one student who tried to submit but did not succeed.  No other student has submitted anything, which is unusual.  What can I do?  I have emailed the students today making them aware of a new assignment, but have not heard from anyone except that one student this morning.

Hi Paula,

I am wondering if you are having a different experience today than yesterday?  Yesterday there were several reported slow downs in various regions but as of now today seems to be better.

Today I had several students to respond. The assignment is due by Friday so I hope they will all get them on time. Also the two students who had not turned in the first assignment responded by email to me. As I thought, there were some problems with their internet access and also not having their class materials until this past weekend. Thank you for responding. This new territory brings so much to learn.

Hi Paula,

Glad to hear they are filtering in.  Definitely new territory...  On a message board for my local neighborhood here in Utah people have been reporting brownouts with the local Internet connectivity as we all are using more bandwidth.
