I have an issue with my canvas account. I put in an urgent support ticket last week with no reply. Any ideas on other ways to get a reply?

Hi Melinda -

If you're an instructor, those tickets are going to an on-campus support team. A quick email or phone call to them could be the way to go. If you are an admin working with those tickets, you could try to contact your CSM at Instructure.

Is this issue course specific or a bug report, or could collaboration with other Canvas users be helpful?
