[ARCHIVED] Canvas app isn’t working on my IPad

For a few weeks now, I have been unable to access my classes on Canvas app. I have talked to Apple customer representatives, I have talked with my school OIT representatives no one seems to know what’s going on about me not having access to my classes through the Canvas app. I am still unable to access my classes on the Canvas app.

I know this is obvious, but have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling?
Some other ideas........
- Canvas Student App - for student users,
- Canvas Teacher App - for teacher users.
And is it current?

The exact issue is that I can get into the Canvas app and see my classes but when I try to access any of my specific classes it then kicks me out of the app. I specifically can not get into any of my classes from the Canvas app, but I see my classes in the app. I and everyone who I have contacted has exhausted all options, that’s why I have reaching to the Canvas team.

There are other threads with this exact issue in the community. 6.6.5 for iOS was released today in hopes to solve this issue. Give it an update and let me know if it fixes your issue.
