You have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users like yourself. As such, we only have access to our own courses and accounts and cannot troubleshoot this for you. There could be many reasons, including your own device limitations and available bandwidth of your internet connection. Your best option is to submit a support ticket. Click "Help" on the left side menu, and then choose "Report a Problem"..
