[ARCHIVED] Canvas outcome page blank

We recently had the learning mastery gradebook enabled for our school! 

Unfortunately, I am unable to add any outcomes to my course. When I navigate to the outcomes page it is blank. This happens regardless of the browser I am using. I have tried incognito mode, other instructors' devices and accounts, clearing my browser cache, switching to firefox, restarting. I am out of ideas!

I am sorry your question went so long without an answer! 

I was wondering if you ever managed to find a solution. I took a look for existing issues that might be related to this but couldn't find anything. Do the accounts of other instructors work on your device under the same circumstances? You mentioned you tried other devices and accounts. Did you try your account on another device, and another account on your device? If it's still happening you may want to reach out to Canvas Support so they can take a look at your account and guide you through trouble shooting options.
