[ARCHIVED] Color Picker for classes darkens brighter colors

When I try to change the hex code of the cards for my assignments on the dashboard and I pick a bright color and save, it shows on the card but when I refresh the page, it is a much darker version of the same color. I would really like this to be fixed.

I am having the same issue and I haven't had anything like this happen in all the years I've been using Canvas. It's driving me nuts!

Hi everyone, after contacting support, I've determined the issue. I was first asked to clear cache and cookies and try on different browsers, but that didn't solve the problem. Instead, the issue was that I had the High Contrast UI enabled. You can turn this off by clicking on your avatar on the left side bar and turning the High Contrast UI off. Just waned to let you know!
