[ARCHIVED] Conferences Visibility-

I have set up several conferences for my students but they are unable to view the conferences tab in our course. I have gone to settings and made sure it is in the course navigation, and visible to students- I have tried to look at it in student view but get the below text- which is also what my students are getting- why is this? And how are they going to access my conferences if they can't access the page?

I have it figured out through my helpdesk!  I am unable to see if with the test student!!
