I've already emailed the software dept a while ago about another problem and they never responded and so in the end I had to call all of the other people on that list that might help me and it ended up being like a week before everything was fixed. I guess I was just wondering if there was a way I could submit a canvas ticket thing without having to go through all of that process but I guess there isn't another way which is kind of disappointing because it's not a bug that really limits my school work in any way if you know what I mean. The school is primarily worried about if the technology is allowing me to do my school or not, and in this case I can still do my school. But instead, I thought I would post an idea about it here to tell yall about it but then you told me to submit a ticket.
