[ARCHIVED] Course disappeared from dashboard

Hi there,

One of the courses in canvas is gone! Sandbox just disappeared on my teams dashboard. Not sure how this happened. Is there a way to get it back??

Hi Nathalie,

I can think of two things that could have caused this off the top of my head.

1. Course went past it's set end date and there for went into your past enrollments and therefore no longer populate on your dashboard, but is still available to you if you went to view all courses‌. (How do I view all my Canvas courses as an instructor? ) If this is the case you will just need to go into the course settings and modify the end date and it will show back up on your dashboard automatically. 
2. Course was delete. If this is the case and you have admin permissions you an use this guide‌ (https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10861-4214106683 ) to restore the course‌.

Who is the admin? I created a free account for grad school, and today it was all gone. All of my work, even files have disappeared.
