[ARCHIVED] Discussion Board issue

I cannot find a discussion that I created on the Discussion Board. Students have already responded, and I was going to grade it today, but it is gone.  Speedgrader only has a few of the student posts, so I was going to go directly into the discussion.  How can I find it?

Hi  @nona_hall  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

It's strange that when you goto Discussions, you do not see the discussion, but there are still other ways to get to the discussion: Speedgrader and Gradebook

Since you say that Speedgrader has a few of the student posts, you can get to the full discussion from Speedgrader.

Your other issue about Speedgrader only having a few student posts, is it possible that only a few students did submit the post? Or is it a Group discussion and you're looking at one group?

You should also be able to find your Discussion in the Gradebook. And the title of the assignment turns into a link when you hover your mouse over it.
