[ARCHIVED] Discussion attach button disappears after removing attachment

Attach button does not return after removing a pre-attached item from a discussion post. Tested in Safari 13.1.2. Video attached.

Hi @Lachy could that be because you deleted it? I'm not sure but it did seem that it was the case from the helpful video you attached.

I did delete the attachment but I assumed that the attach button should return so as the attachment could be replaced. Is this the correct assumed functionality?

If you begin a new post in that discussion does the attach button appear?

The attach button is available on new comments, yes!

I'm not sure why my own reply was chosen as the answer. Is the attach button supposed to disappear,  preventing replacement of attachments?
