[ARCHIVED] Export or extract grades from "final exam"

We have an updated state rules for grading. According to them if a student will have a grades for the final examination within 49-25 points (which is called FX, out of 100) s/he can pass the examination again. It is only about the examination not the final grade.

The question is: What API GET Call can we use to extract this data from Canvas?

Our CSM told me that it might be possible in case this kind of "assignment" with have identical title (for example, "final exam").

I will appreciate any help from community.
