The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
In our district we have many course that are transcribed credit and thus use the LMS that the technical colleges use which is Blackboard. We all like the feature of being able to import content and test question banks into Canvas because much of the material is required use and it is easier to have everything in Canvas. With the stay at home orders and our district moving completely to Canvas, we have created content that some teachers want to load up to Blackboard (specifically test banks and such)
When I try to export Canvas content it does not give an option to select file type. Is there a way to export to blackboard and or modify the file to be importable to Blackboard.
Thank you for your time,
Adam
