[ARCHIVED] External Apps Dropdown box

I am using EdPuzzle in Canvas.  I have already used this for one assignment but now when I click the plug symbol to select the app when creating an assignment it is missing from the list.  Attached are two screenshots.  In #1 you can see that EdPuzzle is active in my class, it is listed in the menu.  In #2 you can see that it is missing when I try and make an assignment using it.  I also use the search in this screen and it is not found.

I have used this before and it was in the drop-down but now it is gone.
