The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I use Google Cloud to upload assignments. Everything was fine until last week. Canvas shows students submitted their work but I just get a white page with "{"error":"document_not_found"}"
For some, it comes through. For some, one assignment comes through but others do not.
I have been calling/emailing Canvas, but they don't seem to have an update other than "so-and-so is working on it right now"
