[ARCHIVED] Grade sync issue with PowerSchool - error messages

The following error message appears when teachers try to sync their Canvas gradebooks to PowerSchool / "Sync to SIS":

We re getting the same error when trying to sync to skyward.

The problem seems to be fixed (for now) no more error messages and teachers are able to sync to SIS
