I have done all suggested and and I am using a MAC computer which is compatible with Canvas and still nothing. Really really don't know what to do - is there a help line where I can speak to someone and they can talk me through what I am doing wrong.
Desparate to access course material now - or I may as well call it a day.

Hi @j_dunning . I replied to your other thread as well, HELP, but in case you see this first, the options for contacting Canvas Support should be located through the question mark icon in Canvas (see How do I get help with Canvas as a student?). It looks like there are options for Canvas Support at your institution listed here as well, Canvas | Before you arrive | Liverpool John Moores University .
