[ARCHIVED] Help! Site-wide Roll

I am attempting to create a site-wide role for the Dean's at our school to be able to view all students and thier grades. This seemed like it would be fairly straight forward process - I had created a site-wide role for our Librarians last week. When I went to create this roll yesterday, it would no show in the Drop-down when I went to assign the roll to users. I contacted support, but it has been escalated and I don't have a response. They can see the roll in the drop-down. I have tried to have other Admins here assign the role - and create a different one. I've tried different browsers and different versions of Windows - nothing works.

Family Weekend starts tomorrow and I have people that need this access. Anyone else have ideas that I can try?

Thanks!

Melissa
