[ARCHIVED] Help for the Low-Tech People

Good Morning:

I ran into an issue last night around midnight trying to upload a youtube video.  I had no idea how to do it and no idea where to look for help.  I ended up calling the HelpDesk and the young lady walked me through the process.  

Are there videos on Canvas that show low-people, like myself, how all those icons work and what they do when submitting an assignment?  I don't know the difference between the icon that looks like a piece of film and the link icon.

I waste so much time looking for answers on how to submit assignments.

To one degree or another, in one area or another, we are all low tech - really! The only thing that matters is our willingness to learn which you have amply demonstrated by asking your question.
