[ARCHIVED] How can students see instructor comments on a submission?

The only method I can find is this: 

How do I view annotation feedback comments from my instructor directly in my assignment submission? 

Which CANNOT be the best you guys have come up with.

My students have learning disabilities; it's all I can do to get them to look at their papers again in the first place. They go to Grades, see a number, and they move on. Four steps to reach something they are done with?? That's three steps too many.
