How do I go about finding my Customer Success Manager, I took over as the IT Manager for my district and they have not had anyone managing this area directly for about 2 years. I have sent multiple tickets request via the help button in canvas but have never received a response back. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What do you need help with? Are you a student or an instructor? If you are looking for general help with Canvas, you might want to start a new topic here in the Community site. (This topic is asking about how a school knows who their Customer Success Manager at Instructure is.) You could go here, Canvas Question Forum - Instructure Community, and then click on the red "Ask a question" button to start your topic. Then, you would have to wait to get replies from other Canvas Community members.

Hi, I also need a CSM. I'm admin for my school.
Roll Call Assignment won't add back in after one of the instructors deleted it. The help pages say it's supposed to re-create itself and if it doesn't, I should contact a CSM. I'm just taking over the job and nobody here knows who to contact.

Hi @MelissaNTingle - You aren't listed as a contact, so we're unable to provide you the direct email. The best person to contact would be the IT Services on your campus or your Canvas Admin. They'll be able to work with you to relay any questions. If there has been a change in leadership at your school and you need assistance updating the contacts for your account, please email the Community Team, and we'll help you. Community@instructure.com
