I’d like to have students send me reports on assigned labs, & I would like to grade them, include comments & send the grades reports back to them.

 @michael_bernars ‌, instructors can create an assignment of the online submission type (How do I create an online assignment?), restrict the file type to PDF, and grade submissions using SpeedGrader  (How do I add annotated comments in student submissions using DocViewer in SpeedGrader?).
