Hi @daniel_k Welcome to the Canvas Community.
It depends on the capability of your class. Nice and easy = using a tool like Padlet which embeds beautifully on a page. You will need to set up an account for this. My grade 3s loved this and found it really easy to upload photos of their artwork into Padlet.
Another tool built into Canvas is Collaborations. You could use the collaborative powerpoint or word doc which students could share their work to.
