[ARCHIVED] How do you switch student being observed?

As a parent observer, how do you switch student being observed? I can't find an option that allows to switch  back and forth between two different students at two different schools. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

On the computer I see all of my kids classes on one screen.  On the phone app I can change between kids by clicking the arrow next to their name at the top.  Then all my kids are shown and I just select the one I want to look at.

It is only displaying one child the other is not showing up on computer or app. Thanks anyway !🙂

Did you put in both pairing codes?  I had to click the "add student" button and then enter each ones pairing code

Hi @lmm --

If you have the (blue) Canvas Parent app installed, you should be able to switch between users. This feature is not available for Observers who use the (red) Canvas Student app.

How do I link additional students to my account in the Canvas Parent app on my iOS device?

I'm a desktop user, would like to know how to setup nick names for the courses when using canvas in desktop. Also, would like to be able to group different courses in the dashboard, is that feature available and if so can you please share the steps. Thanks!

Organizing the cards is drag-and-drop with the Card View Dashboard. The List View and Elementary Homeroom Dashboard will be different.
