[ARCHIVED] How to Reduce Cheating in Foreign Language Papers and Grading Processes

I am trying to assist an foreign language instructor so that students don't rely on services like Google Translate when they are writing their compositions and when he wants to grade them after the fact, he likes to make in-line annotations to show where their mistakes are. How can you best make grading those papers effective to make in-line edits using services like Respondus Lockdown Browser?

Thank you for your time.
