[ARCHIVED] How to see all incomplete work for 2 students

Hello! I'm wondering how to get the full view of all incomplete work for two students. At present I go to each class grade book and copy/paste grade book items into Word documents we use when catch up is needed. Someone please say a better way exists or is coming. For each item I maintain:

Class, Assignment/quiz/activity title, due date, Points available, Notes

Other than opening up the gradebooks in two different web browser windows, I don't think this is possible.

While the Canvas Parent app wont' consolidate the task as neatly as you outlined above, I think there are some features in the app that you will find helpful.

Each student is seen individually, but you can see their work in a week view. Submissions are marked clearly and color-coded! You can tell if something is submitted, late, missing...and what's coming up! You can even set custom alerts so you know if an assignment is missed.

We don't have a guest login or parent app, so we log into our students account. Might be a little but here's the Closest thing we have found is to open the calendar in month view. And print it...Make sure all the courses taken show up in the list on the right. You have to check mark the classes you want to show up. Also, make sure you click the little "undated" arrow just beneath the classes 😉 we found several things there we had missed. Once submitted, the calendar automatically puts a line through it, crossing it off. I am finding that some items are hidden in the class modules that teachers want submitted that aren't on the calendar. Its a pain.

Thanks. I see also that an API exists for making add-ons. I'm a programmer and may investigate that.

What if the school does not support the Parent App? or the Student App either?  In fact, they actually deter us from using it.
