Hi @autumn4 

Are you using a Canvas account through your school, or are you using the Free-for-Teachers (FFT) version of Canvas? It makes a difference.

• School account: enrollments are typically managed through an integration with your schools student information system, and you will need to contact your school's Canvas Admin/Support department for assistance.
