[ARCHIVED] I am having black symbols when logging into canvas? not normal

I wondering why all of a sudden at my work computer I am unable to have a normal screen when I click to get into canvas. I have huge black symbols that come up? I have never had this before? Is there something I need to update?

Hi Jess,

It looks like you are using a supported browser version.  I don't see anything amiss when previewing Canvas as you.  Can you screenshot what you are saying and DM it or email it to me?

I'm wondering if this is a browser cache issue?  What happens when you try logging in from Firefox?
