[ARCHIVED] I'm having issues with SpeedGrader

I have started to use speed grader but the file is not showing. It has indicated that the file was successfully submitted and uploaded. It's taking too long and ultimately it does not show. I also tried various file types and changed settings and still nothing. Did I miss a step? What to do in case this happens?

Were you able to ever get the file to show up for you in SpeedGrader?  I just tested a file upload via the Test Student role in my own Canvas course (it was a PDF file), and it showed up as expected.  It may take a few moments to fully show up, but it should work.  I also confirmed this with Canvas Tech Support a short while ago.  Would be curious to know from you if this is still an issue.  Have you also tried reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they might be able to provide some assistance?  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon...thanks!  Take care, stay safe, and be well.
