[ARCHIVED] Incorrect Quiz Answers Being Marked as Correct

Hello -

I have an instructor who reported that even though a student responded incorrectly on a quiz question, Canvas marked it as correct and gave the points. (see screen shot)

Any advice?

What would be really helpful would be to see a screenshot of this question in instructor edit mode.  My first suspicion is that the instructor set the wrong response as the correct response.

That screen shot is from the instructor while he was going through student's exams.

 @ab6457 , greetings! I can't find it right now, but I recently (last week or so) saw someone else post about the exact same issue. For something like this, you would want to submit a ticket to Canvas Support so they can look further into the issue.
