Is there a way to create a "calculated assignment" where the course instructor can create an assignment that has a score based on previous assignments. One example may be if an instructor wanted to create an assignment that automatically calculated the score as the average of the first four assignments.

The program I use Canvas for calculates GPA as the average of assignment scores (and not a total %), so that functionality would be very helpful for us and our students.

Canvas does not currently have this functionality, but you could create a new Idea Conversation for this functionality in this community.
