[ARCHIVED] Is there a way to gauge how much time a person spends in a course?

I am looking for analytics on the amount of time people/students spend within a course (looking at Modules/pages/videos/links, etc). Under the People tab, the far-right column offers "Total Activity" information, but I am not confident that this relates to the amount of time spent in the class. I suspect that this might actually represent the total activity that a user invested in Canvas during their last login. Any confirmation/information that can be provided on this would be most helpful.
