[ARCHIVED] Is there any way to set reminders for specific work on Canvas and if so how do I do it? Also, how do I take old courses that I don't use anymore off of my dashboard?

I have 3 courses from up to 2 grades before still on my dashboard. If there's any way to take them off please help and let me know.

@118305 Hi -- I can think of a couple of options for your first question. On your Canvas dashboard, you can find a section for "To Do" - that section will automatically populate with items to which the instructor has assigned due dates.

The other option is to use the Calendar. https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Student-Guide/How-do-I-use-the-Calendar-as-a-student/ta-p/534 The calendar lets students and faculty set their own reminders and due dates, such as if you want a "pre-warning" for an upcoming assignment or to schedule a study or work session for a large project.
