[ARCHIVED] Locked Announcements

I have a student who has and issues viewing Announcements in Canvas. The announcements are locked when he clicks on the Announcements course link on the left. He says this is happening in both the web version and the Canvas Student App. He is the only student have this issue. Any thoughts?

Hi Jaci,

In the upper right corner of your screen in the community you should see an inbox indicator.  You can go there and choose to send a direct message.  Search on my name and make sure you recognize the profile pic.  You can also simply send mail to scott@instructure.com.
