[ARCHIVED] Logging in to app

I was able to make an account on a browser, following the link I received to join my teacher's course. However, this login email and password don't seem to work when I input them into the student app. it says that my username or password is incorrect even when I am sure I typed them correctly. Also, the button to reset my password allows me to type in my email address, but does not seem to send me an email to reset my password.

How do I login to my account on the app?
