@them1973 , greetings! There are a number of possible reasons, but I would start with your Internet browsers. Make sure you are using the most updated version and also try switching browsers (Ex: to Chrome or Firefox). If possible, also try switching computers to see if that helps. If you continue to have this issue, contact Canvas Support by clicking the Help link in Canvas and Reporting a Problem.
