What is the difference between the Question Bank in the Global Menu and an Item Bank in a new quiz?

Hi Chris,
"Question Banks" are collections of questions for the current/legacy Quizzes tool ( What are question banks? ). They are either tied to an account/sub-account (How do I manage question banks in an account? ) or to a course (How do I create a question bank in a course? ). They are not available for use in New Quizzes directly.
The New Quizzes item banks are tied to the individual user account (How do I create an item bank in New Quizzes? ), but can be shared with other users (https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-17609-41521126177 ).
