Hi all

I seem to be having a problem with New Analytics.  For some courses I can see the weekly online activity for all users but for some courses I get the message no data to report even though users have accessed the course.  If I do an individual new analytics on the user I can get the weekly online activity without no problem.

But for these courses I need to get a report of all users accessing the course.  Is there a setting that needs to be setup because it works on some courses and not on others .

Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you.

I have the same issue with all courses - not data past 15th Jan 20 despite many pages being accessed.  I have tried every setting in Canvas, but nothing!

I have the same deal, but I'm only missing 2 days of data, not weeks!
