[ARCHIVED] One of my students said when she completed an assignment her screen showed her confetti and pandas. I have no idea how or why. Is that something I can do for other assignments?

Hi  @jen_dean  and welcome to the Community!  You are probably referring to a new feature that was just released, on-time submission celebration (see https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-18579-canvas-release-notes-2020-04-18#jive_content_id_OnTim... ).  It looks like if this feature is enabled, then the celebration should be shown each time a submission is made on time.  So you can't trigger it manually yourself, but students should see it every time they submit an assignment on time.

Hi,  @jen_dean  Welcome to the Canvas Community! The on-time submission celebration is a user-enabled feature option, meaning students can choose to enable or disable it in their own user accounts. Please offer your students the option by providing them What feature options can I enable in my user account as a student? 

But teachers shouldn't feel left out! An upcoming feature allows instructors to enable a celebration for the link validator.
