Good morning,
My institution recently switched to Google SSO and the site to create a parent observer account is https://greencastle.instructure.com/login/canvas. Parents are able to create observer accounts through a browser but are unable to login to the Parent App as they:
- Type Greencastle at the Find My School screen which takes them to the Google SSO for students
- Type https://greencastle.instructure.com/login/canvas but get a blank screen on the app
Bullet #2 should fix the problem though it does not. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
