I have been trying unsuccessfully for several hours to reset my password. Please help.

If you are not able to login and you need to reset the password you would need to follow the steps in this guide here:

How do I reset my password as an instructor? 

You would need to make sure you are following the steps above from the correct login page. Which is this page bellow:

I also cannot reset my password.  I have requested the password reset email several times over the last two days and never receive the reset email.  It is not in my junk mail.
