[ARCHIVED] Past Enrollment Gradebook

Hi, 

My courses from last semester have gone into 'past enrollments'. This seems to have locked my grade book so I now cannot add any grades or edit what has been submitted in the grade book. What should I do to be able to edit the grade book again?

Hi @sierrashamaly 

This will depend on how your school's Canvas Admin has set concluded courses to function.

If you still have permission to do so, you can go to settings and move out the end date of the course. See How do I change the start and end dates for a course?

If you are not able to do this, you will need to ask your Canvas Admin to do so for you. Many schools will also restrict your ability to change grades after a term has ended, so I would check your school's policy.

There is no end date set up. There is only a start date.
