[ARCHIVED] People listed as student in a group, don't show up in the email send list

We have a group we are trying to send emails to but the drop down listing in the email doesn't have them.  The group has 17 students but only 7 show up in the drop down menu in the email side of the program.

Thanks for replying to my question.

No, I don’t think that addresses the question or problem we’re having.

The group has 23 students in it.

When we go to the Inbox, select the group, and then select the students, the dropdown box only has 16 names listed. Yesterday, it had 9, so something changed but I don’t know what. But still, all of the students aren’t in the dropdown box for the class in the inbox.

The difference seems to be that that some are listed in Details under Enrollment as “CompassionWorks EMDR Training Dallas/Allen” whereas the others didn’t have that, and I didn’t know how to add it.

Is it possible some of these students are in separate course sections?

I think the problem is that we changed the course name and sections after people had started signing up. Is there a way to correct that?

To be honest, I'm not sure. Maybe someone else will have an idea. I will change the status of this question back to "open" though.
